Building a “House of Corporate Learning”: Why a hardware store is not a good place to look for an architect

Slogans like “Digitize or Die” make it tempting for L&D to go shopping for digital training tools. But without a thorough problem analysis, digitization won’t solve any global upskilling or onboarding issues. It will only foster the GIGO principle: Garbage In – Garbage out.

COALA – CORPORATE LEARNING ANALYTICS: Our new working group consisting of international corporate learning managers will have its 3rd online meeting on Nov. 12th, 2020. The meeting starts at 2 p.m. (CET) and will be held in German. No fees. Interested? Please use the “Contact” form to request further details.
